trp5 Terms and Conditions

trp5 is an online gaming and sports betting platform that provides Bangladeshi users with casino games, slots, live casino, cricket betting, and various other entertainment services. These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between trp5 and its users ("you" or "member").

By accessing our services through the trp5 website, mobile app, or any other digital channel, you are considered to have read, understood, and accepted all of the following terms. If you disagree with any term, please stop using the service.

1.1 Key Definitions

• "Platform" — All digital services, websites, and applications of trp5.
• "Member" — Any person registered on trp5.
• "Account" — Each member's personal account, intended solely for their own use.
• "Real Money" — Actual funds deposited into a trp5 account and used to place bets or play games.
• "Bonus Balance" — Promotional credits granted by trp5 that cannot be withdrawn before specific wagering requirements are met.
• "Wagering Requirement" — The obligation to place a specified amount in bets after receiving a bonus before that amount may be withdrawn.

1.2 Applicable Law

These terms shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Before participating on trp5, it is your own responsibility to confirm that such activity is permitted from your location.

2.1 Age Requirement

To register on trp5 and use its services, you must be at least 21 years old. Registration by any minor is strictly prohibited. trp5 may request proof of age at any time and reserves the right to immediately close an account if the age requirement is not met.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each person may open only one account on trp5. If multiple accounts are found under the same name, device, or IP address, all accounts will be suspended and any bonuses earned will be cancelled.

2.3 Registration Information

Providing accurate and complete information at the time of registration is mandatory. Creating an account with false information may result in the account being cancelled and the balance being forfeited. If your details change, notify trp5 customer support promptly.

2.4 Account Security

Keeping your login credentials confidential is entirely your responsibility. Never share your password or OTP with anyone. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact support immediately.

trp5 follows a KYC (Know Your Customer) process to verify the identity of all members. Before a withdrawal or after a certain amount of bets have been placed, trp5 may request the following documents:

• A clear photo of your National ID (NID) or passport.
• Proof of current address (utility bill or bank statement).
• Proof of ownership of the mobile banking account.

If the required documents are not submitted within seven working days, the account may be temporarily suspended. trp5 keeps submitted information confidential — see our Privacy Policy for details.

4.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount on trp5 is ৳300. Accepted deposit methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited — only use a mobile banking account registered in your own name.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal methods are the same as deposit methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Withdrawals are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours, though they may be delayed during the verification process.

4.3 Withdrawal Method

Withdrawals will always be made to the same mobile banking method used for the deposit. If you deposited via bKash, the withdrawal will also go to bKash. Exceptions to this policy require approval from the support team.

4.4 Incomplete Wagering and Withdrawals

If the wagering requirement of an active bonus has not been met, withdrawing from the real money balance is still possible but the bonus balance will be cancelled. Contact support if you wish to cancel a bonus and proceed with a withdrawal.

trp5 offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus has specific terms that should be read carefully before claiming.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 20 times the bonus amount. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,500 bonus, for a total balance of ৳2,500 — before withdrawing, you must place ৳1,500 × 20 = ৳30,000 in bets.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Another bonus cannot be claimed while one is already active.
• A bonus applies only to the games or categories specified in its terms.
• If the wagering requirement is not met within 30 days of claiming the bonus, the bonus expires.
• If evidence of promotion abuse is found, trp5 reserves the right to cancel the bonus and suspend the account.
• The maximum withdrawal limit on winnings from a bonus is stated in the details of each offer.

5.3 VIP Cashback

The trp5 VIP programme has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Each tier offers weekly cashback as a fixed percentage of that week's net losses. For example: at the Gold tier, if net losses for the week are ৳20,000, you receive ৳20,000 × 0.8% = ৳160 in cashback.

6.1 Game Rules

Each game has its own rules, which can be found within the game itself or in the trp5 help centre. trp5 relies on the outcomes produced by game provider software — these outcomes are controlled by a Random Number Generator (RNG) and trp5 does not predetermine the result of any game.

6.2 Sports Betting

Once a bet is placed in the sports betting section, it generally cannot be cancelled unless trp5 identifies an irregularity or error. If an event is cancelled or postponed, bets are usually refunded, though specific terms apply in each case.

6.3 Technical Errors

In the event of a technical error or software malfunction resulting in an abnormal payout, trp5 reserves the right to void that payout. Members acknowledge that no legal claim can be made arising from such errors.

6.4 Disconnection

trp5 is not responsible for an internet disconnection that occurs during a game. In such cases, the game result will be determined from the last saved state.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the trp5 platform:

• Creating or using an account while being a minor.
• Using another person's account or placing bets on behalf of a third party.
• Bonus abuse, including coordinated betting or arbitrage.
• Creating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonus offers.
• Depositing funds from illegal sources (money laundering).
• Using bots, automated systems, or hacking methods on the platform's software.
• Misconduct or threatening behaviour towards trp5 staff.
• Fraudulent behaviour towards other members.

If evidence of a violation is found, trp5 may suspend or close the account and forfeit the balance without prior notice. Legal action may also be taken where applicable.

8.1 Suspension by trp5

trp5 may temporarily or permanently suspend any account due to a breach of terms, suspicious activity, or security reasons. The member will be notified by email about the reason for the suspension.

8.2 Closure by Member

You may close your account at any time by contacting support. Before requesting account closure, cancel any active bonuses and withdraw your balance. Whether a closed account can be reopened and whether new bonuses can be received will be at trp5's discretion.

8.3 Break for Responsible Gaming

If you feel you have an unhealthy attachment to gaming, you may voluntarily take a break from your account for a set period. Please follow trp5's Responsible Gaming Guidelines and contact support.

trp5 is not liable for the following:

• Loss of a game or bet due to the member's internet connection issues or device malfunction.
• Problems arising from errors in third-party software or services.
• Service disruption caused by natural disasters, cyberattacks, or other unforeseen events.
• Loss resulting from a member disclosing their own login credentials.

trp5 always endeavours to provide a safe and reliable experience, but if the service is interrupted for any reason, the maximum compensation will be limited to the actual funds used in the relevant session.

10.1 Filing a Complaint

For any issue or complaint, first contact trp5's 24/7 live chat or email support. Assistance is available in both Bengali and English. When filing a complaint, include your account ID, the date of the incident, and a detailed description.

10.2 Resolution Process

10.3 Final Decision

If you disagree with any decision or policy of trp5, please contact us through the support channel. The decision of trp5 authority will be considered final, and the applicable legal framework will be followed to resolve all disputes.

trp5 takes the privacy of members' personal information very seriously. Information collected during account registration and verification is used solely for providing secure services and preventing fraud.

All financial transactions are secured through SSL encryption technology. trp5 will never ask for your password, OTP, or full card number via email or chat.

trp5 reserves the right to change, amend, or update these terms at any time. In the case of significant changes, members will be notified via their registered email or through a notice on the platform.
